David A. Silvers advises and counsels employers and employees in a wide variety of employment law matters, including race, sex, age, and disability discrimination, family and medical leave, disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and separation and severance agreements. He has represented clients before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) and is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Maryland and the District of Columbia.
